Before becoming a Realtor I received a BA from UCLA and MA from Cal State Los Angeles. I worked for over 30 years in human resources management. My last position was Senior Vice President at GE Money/WMC Mortgage Co.
I have proven experience at understanding people, developing solid business relationships, in addition to analyzing and negotiating deals. I believe in continuing education and have completed Investor educational programs at the Austin Institute of Real Estate and The Commercial Institute of Real Estate, including a three-month one on one mentoring program.
I am also: a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
